SHIPPING: Shipping is available worldwide. Most orders
are shipped UPS or Priority Mail. Arrangements for shipping
will be made when The HookLady contacts you. We ship
Nippon Express to Japan.

DAMAGES: All merchandise is carefully inspected and
packed before shipment by The HookLady. Responsibility
for safe delivery is assumed by the carrier with the
acceptance of this merchandise. Report any damage to
The HookLady by phone who will contact the carrier
on your behalf. HOLD ALL PACKAGING AND ORIGINAL BOXES
UNTIL INSPECTION CAN BE MADE or a claim cannot be filed.
